Cookie Policy
Last updated: April 24, 2026
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website you visit. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide information to site operators. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and session tokens.
2. How We Use Cookies
ProviderHub uses cookies for three purposes only: authentication, preferences, and performance monitoring. We do not use cookies for targeted advertising.
3. Cookie Categories
Strictly Necessary
These cookies are essential for the Platform to function and cannot be disabled.
- sb-access-token / sb-refresh-token — Supabase authentication session tokens. Expires with the session or after 7 days.
- sb-auth-token — Shared authentication token across ListDeed apps (domain: .listdeed.com). Enables single sign-on. Expires after 7 days.
- __stripe_mid / __stripe_sid — Set by Stripe to prevent fraud during payment processing. Session-scoped.
Functional (Preference)
These cookies remember your choices to improve your experience. Disabling them may limit functionality.
- ph_locale — Stores your chosen interface language if you change it from the default.
- ph_sidebar_state — Remembers whether your dashboard sidebar is collapsed or expanded.
- ph_theme — Reserved for a future light/dark mode preference toggle.
Analytics (Performance)
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. No consent banner is required for Plausible. We aggregate anonymous usage metrics (page views, referrer sources, country-level geography) to improve the Platform.
4. Third-Party Cookies
The following third-party services may set their own cookies when you use ProviderHub. We do not control these cookies; refer to each provider's policy for details:
- Stripe — payment processing fraud prevention
- Google — Maps JavaScript API for service-area selection (only loaded on pages that use the map widget)
We do not embed Facebook Pixel, Google Ads tags, or any other advertising trackers.
5. Managing Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies (authentication tokens) will prevent you from staying signed in to ProviderHub.
6. Changes to This Policy
We will update this policy if we add or remove cookies or tracking technologies. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notice at least 14 days in advance.
