ProviderHub is a product of ListDeed, Inc. ("ListDeed", "we", "our", "us"), a technology company operating a marketplace platform for professional service providers and their clients. Our registered address is available at listdeed.com/contact.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information about users of ProviderHub (providerhub.listdeed.com) and related services.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

• Account registration details (name, email address, phone number)
• Business information (business name, service area, service types)
• Payment and payout information (processed via Stripe — we never store full card numbers)
• Profile content (bio, photos, certifications, credentials)
• Messages sent via the platform's client-provider messaging system
• Support tickets and communications with our team

Information collected automatically

• Device and browser information (type, OS, screen resolution)
• IP address and approximate geolocation
• Usage data (pages visited, features used, session duration)
• Performance and error logs (crash reports, latency traces)
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see our Cookie Policy)

Information from third parties

• Authentication providers (if you sign in via Google or Apple)
• Stripe — payment processing metadata (transaction IDs, payout status)
• Google Maps API — address validation and geolocation for service areas

• To facilitate bookings, payments, and payouts
• To display your public provider profile to potential clients

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without the ability to request human review.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share your information only in these circumstances:

• With clients — your public profile data (name, services, reviews, location) is visible to clients on the platform
• With Stripe — payment and payout processing (see Stripe's Privacy Policy)
• With service providers — hosting (Supabase, Fly.io), analytics, email delivery — under strict data processing agreements
• For legal compliance — when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users
• In a business transfer — if ListDeed is acquired or merges, your data would transfer subject to equivalent protections

We never sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active plus a 90-day grace period after deletion. Financial records are retained for 7 years as required by applicable tax law. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us (see Section 7).

6. Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, row-level security on our database, and multi-factor authentication for platform administrators. For full details see our Security page.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict or object to certain processing activities
• Data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format)
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time

8. Children's Privacy

ProviderHub is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact privacy@listdeed.com and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice in the platform at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
