Does ListDeed ever tell me what to charge?
No — never. You set every price on every service you offer. ListDeed does not suggest, limit, or modify your rates. What you charge is entirely between you and your clients.
When is the platform fee charged?
The platform fee is only deducted when a booking is completed and the client confirms the job is done. If a booking is cancelled before completion, no platform fee is charged.
How do payouts work?
Payouts are powered by Stripe Connect. When a booking completes, the platform fee is automatically deducted and the remainder is sent to your linked bank account within 2 business days.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Downgrading to Starter is always free.
Is the 14-day Professional trial really free?
Yes. No credit card is required to start the Professional trial. At the end of 14 days you can subscribe or automatically drop to the free Starter plan — your data is never deleted.
What counts as a "completed booking"?
A booking is completed when the client marks the service as done (or after a 48-hour auto-confirm window after the scheduled end time). Cancellations, no-shows, and disputed bookings are not counted.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The only charges are your monthly plan fee (Starter: $0) and the per-booking platform fee. Stripe's standard payment processing fees (typically 2.9% + 30¢) are separate and apply to all online payments — those go to Stripe, not ListDeed.
